RONALD J. TEMPCHIN, P.T. 
is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds degrees in both Physical Therapy and Kinesiological/Exercise Science and completed his training in physical therapy at Bethesda Naval Medical Center and New York University Medical Center's Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine. He has received extensive post-graduate training in manual and manipulative therapy at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  
 
LISA G. BLACKBURN, P.T.
is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Biology and obtained her Master of Physical Therapy at Hahneman University in Philadelphia, PA. Her training includes extensive study in manual and manipulative at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her experience also includes teaching and research in the speciality area of  Othopedic Physical Therapy.
 
EUGENE RUBTSOV, P.T.,D.P.T.
received both his B.S.degree in Health Sciences and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Stony Brook in Suffolk, NY. His post graduate training has included an array of neurological, orthpedic/sports and post operative rehabilitation training with emphasis on manual therapy care and therapeutic exercise training.
